Agreement
These terms govern your use of bringbetterdeals.com and any purchase you make from Bring Better Deals. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
Products and pricing
We try to describe products and show prices accurately. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If an item is priced incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund any payment. Promo code BETTER10 gives 10% off physical products, cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to gift cards.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a payment link and confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. Payment is completed through our third-party payment provider; we do not handle card details directly.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping costs $5.95 and is free on orders over $50; Express costs $14.50. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Digital products and gift cards
Activation codes and eGift cards are delivered by email after payment. They are subject to the issuer's own terms, including any fees, expiry or usage rules. Keep codes safe: we can't replace codes that are lost or used by someone else after delivery.
Returns
Returns are handled under our Return and refund policy.
Use of the website
All content on this site, including text, logos and design, belongs to Bring Better Deals or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bring Better Deals is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California or federal consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in the City and County of San Francisco, California.
